Our favorite Yelp review :

Great find in the middle of nowhere!!!Sadly some people will read "middle of nowhere" and neglect the great part. Which I understand. The venue itself is clean and modern and moody. Very relaxed dark lounge with full intentions on making you feel as though you could either dance the night away, or never leave if you dare sit on one of their intensely comfy couches. We spent the night in the main room which is geared toward serious lounging and socializing with a huge beautiful bar that demands the attention of all who enter. Situated around the bar you find small tables surrounded by numerous couches. Although each area is not very intimate, the couches are arranged in a manner where you do not feel as though there is anyone else in the room but your party- a super big plus to a destination like this. We were eagerly greeted by our hostes/bartender/server and I let my partner order as I have never experience hookah before. He quickly ordered cherry due to the lack of his favorite- pineapple. I ordered a martini and he a beer.We sat back and relaxed and watched the snow fall outside. We enjoyed the fact that nice loungy house music was playing, which really helped set the tone.We were informed, when asked, that there was another larger room for private parties- which Im dying to see because based on the great decor in the main room this other room must be stunning. The martini and beer came swiftly- my espresso martini was made to perfection and to my surprise it was huge. I stared wide eyed and found myself already running a yelp review in my head "5 stars!" i thought! "5 stars"! The price was a NYC expected price of $11, however I am not disappointed after seeing how large it was. I enjoyed every sip. Then our hookah came. I dont like hookah. Go figure. I tried to like it.But it made me cough....and it tasted like soap. But the BF enjoyed it immensely and we found ourselves almost floating to sleep....Maybe its not best to go here if youve had too long a day. Or maybe it is? I got home and slept better then ever. The unfortunate part La Boheme's existence? Its location. Its super close to me, but not to anyone else but the seagulls. I did spot the subway but didnt manage to find the closest stop. This area is mostly residential and the first visit resulted in a no-go because it was impossible to find parking. I would really like to see this place do well- but i wish it was closer for people from all over to visit. Maybe I could start a car service dedicated to the introduction of soapy hookah, huge martinis and fabulous laid back dance parties???
you never know.....
